The building with the clubhouse and pool attached also includes a rooftop patio for small gatherings within the community, as seen in this rendering.
I lived in Littleton, Colorado for quite a few years. It was nice to work on a project that has been completed and built right around the corner from where I owned my house and where I used to go fishing regularly.
Each project I work on gets a personal touch, this one surely hit home for me. It was fun to envision myself enjoying the amenities after a day of work or taking a break and staring out at the foothills from the balcony.

The massive window and door systems let in plenty of of the California sunshine.
