Desert Oasis Show House Renderings

The Desert Oasis Show House, a Midcentury Abode in California’s Coachella Valley.
"Desert Oasis" was a show house that I was contracted to create Photorealistic Architectural Renderings for a few years back.

It is a a Midcentury Abode Residence in California’s Coachella Valley.

One of my original renderings that were produced was used for a full page advertisement of "California Homes Magazine" in March of 2022.

The renderings doubled as a marketing tool to gain public interest and a design tool to test out different Landscape Architecture options.

The original pace was very fast on the project, as it had to go to print very quickly and no building models were supplied.
A relaxing pool with baja shelf, spa, patio with lounge area, outdoor cooking and dining highlight this outdoor entertaining space.
I was not completely satisfied when looking back at my original renderings, so I decided to play a bit and liven them up. In the new set that you see in this post, I have livened up the lighting, finishes and deployed more realism.

There is of course more that I could continue onto with this project, which I may in the future, although it's time to move onto another one. I always like to have several "Works In Progress" going on and revising and testing new things on old projects.
The massive window and door systems let in plenty of of the California sunshine.
Areas to relax are abundant in this space, including outdoor dining, fireplace, infinity edge spa, garden and multiple sitting areas.
Autodesk 3dsmax, Chaos Vray, Itoo Forest Pro and Adobe Photoshop were used to create the renderings.
