THE START OF DOING BUSINESS
Discussing the supplied data (CAD Files, Sketchup, Site Photo's, Design Style) is one thing, but I really like to know how you want to work together to best aid your production pipeline.

Each company and client works a little differently. With that in mind, I like to have a quick discussion that nails down some key points:

- How You Prefer To Work? (More Hands On Or Less)
- What Is Your Supplied Data? (DWG, Sketchup, Revit, Site Photos, CD Sets)
- Budget / Production Time? (How Much It Costs VS. How Long It Takes)
- What Is It That You Are Trying To Highlight? (What Is The Main Point?)
- How The End Product Will Be Used? (Renderings For Screen Or Printed?)

Some clients are more hands on, while others just want to send the documentation and keep the communication at a minimum, which are you? This aids me in understanding the nature of how you would like the process to go and how to communicate in a way that best works for you.
WHY A 50% DEPOSIT TO BEGIN PRODUCTION?
The reason that I require this deposit for all clients and on all projects is purely professional. I will look at the supplied data and we will discuss design style, price, delivery date, but for me to go any further... I will need a 50% deposit of the entire project.

The deposit is used to fund my business while I am working on your project. It also assists in the cost of assets that I may need to complete your project. For example, you may have several plant species that I have not purchased for my 3D library... these small but important model costs do add up quickly.

Additionally, it is a great motivator. You want me to do a great job for you and I want to get paid. I often have a few projects in discussion at the same time. The deposit ensures that yours gets off the ground.

People get busy, people forget or get sick, things get lost in the shuffle from time to time... this assures me that you really want me to work on your project.
REVISIONS AND DESIGN CHANGES
I try to look at this as a gray area. Not every project is going to have every detail noted perfectly in documentation and in some cases improper information has been given.

Most clients that I have worked with have been within reasonable expectation and some have not within this category.

I ask that you be reasonable with me and I will be reasonable with you. Unless you are paying for multiple versions, you will only receive one style or version the high resolution of the final.

I will further document the difference between revisions and design changes soon. If you have any questions in the mean time, contact me.
COST PER RENDERING
Currently, I quote each project as a SINGLE FEE / FLAT RATE. I prefer to stay away from "hourly fee's" unless I am teaching / instructing. This saves both of us needless worry.

My flat rate is usually $500 USD and up per rendering, although I offer multiple rendering discounts. I also price each project individually unless we have arranged otherwise.

Pricing variables that I take into account are:

- Complexity Of The Project
- Availability / Deadline
- Quality Of Supplied Data
- Ease Of Working With You (Repeat clients often get a streamlined rate.)
FINISHING A PROJECT
At the completion of a project you want to be able to utilize the renderings to leverage the community in favor of a development or to sell condo units. It isn't much different on my end.

I need the remaining 50% Balance upon project completion.

When I send high resolution files, payment is due unless we have made other arrangements prior in the contract.
CONCLUSION
I am here to provide you with fantastic renderings for you to use as a tool to show the community your vision and sell your product.

If you have any questions contact me. I am open to discuss my process, how I work with you and how I can help your project succeed.
