I was contracted by Architect Larry Link to create renderings of the "Mansion At 6 Evan Way". He had his office 2 floors below mine when I worked at Rockland Studios / Hospitality Services Inc as their Lead 3D Rendering Artist. Him and I quickly became friends.
Before taking on the project I was notified that the structure was a shell when he was approached by someone to take over. Larry wanted to create the lap of luxury with this property with wonderful materials and a beautiful color scheme that would call to you from the road.

In 2010, 3D Artist Magazine featured a step by step article on my production of this mansion.
This mansion and property have a very interesting story. A NFL football player decided to have this mansion built initially, but ran out of money. It sat on the market for quite a while as the property was sold off for $675,000 while the mansion was half completed. It is now as of writing this article, valued at $6,900,000 at completion.
There were grand ideas in the works for landscape architecture and structure. The front yard was supposed to feature a looping driveway for guests to drop off their cars as the staff parked them in the walled off side lot.
Above the 7 or more car garage was an open air party area to entertain guests in a ballroom style area.
While still a beautiful house, in my personal opinion it lacks the contrasting colors and finishes that would make it stand out and set it apart from the others in the neighborhood.
