On July 2012 a fire had broke out on Pier 17 in New York City. Thankfully no one was injured. This paved way for a re-development of this famous pier, revitalizing it's shopping and night life.
I was contracted during the re-development process to help plan and design the piers shops and restaurants.
I created these renderings using Autodesk 3dsmax, Mental Ray and Adobe Photoshop.
