I was contracted to work on one of the Master Plan Renderings for Houston's "Springwoods Village" development. I worked on Phase 1 as seen above.
It is a mixed use community that combines business offices, housing, leisure and retail all in one location.
It features multi purpose trails, native plantings, ponds and lakes, wetlands, along with a nature preserve. Many of the buildings also have green roofs.
Much of the construction has been completed of this new development.
